Weddings at Hard Rock Cancún
Hard Rock Hotel Cancún is a lively all-inclusive beach resort in the Cancún Hotel Zone. Couples can marry on the north or south beach, in a garden or on a terrace, or in the Rock N’ Roll Ballroom, with a dedicated wedding specialist guiding the plans.
It suits couples who want a fun, music-filled celebration, from an 8-guest minimony to a large wedding. South Asian weddings and sequel weddings are also offered.

The Classic collection for up to 32 guests is complimentary when group conditions are met. Group benefits require a 3-night minimum stay, and groups of 10 to 19 rooms also receive a 2-hour dinner reception. Prices come from destination wedding agencies, were checked in 2026 and can change.

What a wedding here really costs
Packages cover 32 guests. For larger groups, the resort adds chairs, cake tiers and sparkling wine at quoted prices. At least 80% of guests must stay at the resort, and guests staying elsewhere buy a day pass ($156 per adult in 2025).
- 30 guests: $3,500 for Free Spirit, or $0 for the Classic collection when group conditions are met.
- 60 guests: $3,500 for Free Spirit plus quoted add-ons for 28 more guests. If 12 guests (20%) stay elsewhere: 12 x $156 = $1,872 in day passes.
- 100 guests: $3,500 for Free Spirit plus quoted add-ons for 68 more guests. If 20 guests (20%) stay elsewhere: 20 x $156 = $3,120 in day passes.
A larger room block lowers the cost of your reception. Groups of 20 to 29 rooms receive a 4-hour dinner reception, and bigger groups receive even more event time.
Bringing your own photographer or planner
Outside vendors are welcome. There is a $1,500 vendor fee for each business hired from outside the resort’s preferred vendor list. AV, DJ and heavy equipment vendors pay an extra $1,500 for equipment and supervision and must carry insurance.
Guest rooms and room blocks
Hard Rock Hotel Cancún has 601 rooms and suites. Groups earn one complimentary room night for every 16 paid, up to 4 rooms. Booking 25 or more rooms, or 75 or more room nights, earns a complimentary room upgrade for the couple. Room rates vary by date, so request a current group quote.

Hard Rock Cancún is a great match for music-loving couples, families with guests of all ages, and large or South Asian weddings that need a big ballroom. Groups that fill a room block get the most value.
